We pray your week is filled with many opportunities to succeed, grace to explore and wisdom to apply in Jesus name.
As you immense yourself in your schedule please be reminded that;
•The ability or enablement is available to you “I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me”. (Philippians 4 v 13).
•The wisdom needed is yours for the asking “ If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you” (John 1v 5).
•If you seek help “ I am the Lord your God, who holds your right hand. And I tell you, ‘Don’t be afraid! I will help you.” (Isaiah 41:13).
•If you need guidance “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye” (Psalms 32:8).
•If you are anxious ““Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?… For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things”. (Matthew 6:25 & 32).
•And maybe you feel hopeless or helpless. You are in a dark place, overwhelmed by the situations you are facing and wondering when it will ever get better, explore the hope of God’s Word.
1. The pain won’t last forever
He will wipe away all tears from their eyes. There will be no more death, no more grief or crying or pain. The old things have disappeared. (Revelations 21 v 4).
2. Praise God, even when it’s hard
Why am I so sad? Why am I so troubled? I will put my hope in God and once again I will praise him, my Saviour and my God. (Psalms 43 v 5).
3. Give your burdens to God
Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11 v 28).
4. When you are weak, God is strong
His answer was: “My grace is all you need, for my power is greatest when you are weak.” I am most happy, then, to be proud of my weaknesses, in order to feel the protection of Christ’s power over me. (2 Corinthians 12 v 9).
5. Keep your eyes on Jesus
I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me; he freed me from all my fears. The oppressed look to him and are glad; they will never be disappointed.(Psalms 34 v 4.5).
6. God will strengthen you
But those who trust in the Lord for help will find their strength renewed. They will rise on wings like eagles; they will run and not get weary; they will walk and not grow weak. (Isaiah 40 v 31).
7. Don’t stop praying
Let your hope keep you joyful, be patient in your troubles, and pray at all times. (Romans 12 v 12).
MAKE IT A WEEK TO REMEMBER.
